Three ladies all share the same addiction, Facebook!
Chloe works as a Movie Reviewer as is at the top of her field, sadly her dating success is nowhere near as good. At the age of 17 she had her heart-broken by her first love, Kyle. Now when he requests her to be his “friend” all these years on, can she accept the invite which would mean she needs to forgive him and put the past behind her?
Morgan, married to the love of her life EJ, and they have two gorgeous little children. With plenty of time on her hands as she is a stay at home Mum, she notices a very single and outrageously flirty ex-girlfriend of her husbands is over stepping the mark on-line with him. Is it all it seems, is there any truth in what she is starting to think?
Brynn, Married to Chad who has turned into a workaholic and they have two teenage children who only need her for ‘Mum’s taxi (cab!)’. Whilst exploring the social network site, she stumbles across someone from high school who she wouldn’t have thought in a million years would have been on-line! Is he still the Bad boy he was at school and will exploring the past change her own family life now?
“Three lives changed forever WITH JUST ONE CLICK. Confirming a friend isn’t as simple as it seems… but do these women have more in common than just Facebook’
I loved this book, it is so now! As an ex avid user of Facebook (now addicted to Twitter!) I could really see how each of these Ladies got wrapped up into where their story takes them. This book is all about families, friends and emotions and interwoven with Facebook threads the whole way through! I found myself actually logging on to Facebook whilst reading and even posting a status update which is something I haven’t done in a long while!!
Amanda has written a great story here and really gets deep into the three women’s lives, each of the 11 chapters are split into individual sections about each of them. I found it extremely easy to read despite chuckling to myself at the difference in what an American saying/word would mean in the UK!!!
This is a must book for anyone that is addicted to Social networking but also a great story of people’s struggles with life, love and betrayal. Love the little twist at the end, never saw that coming!
Thank you so much Amanda for sending me a copy of this, really is a fab read. x
